Rajnish Narula, Founder and Principal Consultant
RN Consulting is led by Rajnish Narula, a senior manufacturing executive with over three decades of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, spanning operations, supply chain, business excellence and digital transformation.
Having led large-scale transformations from within one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, he helps organisations lower costs, raise productivity, unlock the value of digital systems, simplify how work gets done and make the gains last.
He also supports manufacturing site start-ups, scale-up and stabilisation, and leadership development. He works with clients as a consultant, advisor or fractional leader.
